质量工程师（五险一金+包吃住）

岗位职责：
1. 负责原材料验证与放行，流程优化，异常处理；
Responsible for raw material verification and release, process optimization and exception handling;
2.成品出货放行，参数趋势统计分析，CPK 报告，异常处理；
Finished product shipment release, parameter trend statistical analysis, CPK report, exception handling;
3.内部 4M 变更管理；
Internal 4M change management;
Responsible for incoming material inspection and delivery inspection;
5.负责新项目内部的部分与质量相关的先期质量策划工作（APQP）;
Responsible for the quality related advanced quality planning (APQP) within the new project;
6.组织客户 PPAP 资料的提交并完成审批；
Organize the submission and approval of customer PPAP data;
7.负责供应商审核，评分和等级评定；
Responsible for supplier audit, scoring and rating
8.负责供应商 PPAP 的提交和审核；
Responsible for submission and review of supplier PPAP;
9.负责 SPC 的管理；
Responsible for the management of SPC
10.负责文件系统管理，负责现场文件的发放，回收和记录；
Responsible for the management of the document system and the grant, recovery and recording;
11.负责公司内部审计和外部审计。
Responsible for internal and external audit of the company.

岗位要求：
1. 熟练运用 IATF 质量五大工具（APQP, PPAP, FMEA, MSA, SPC ）和 QC 七大手法；
Have automotive industry working experience in a foreign-funded enterprise for seven years, and skillfully
used the IATF quality tools (APQP, PPAP, FMEA, MSA, SPC) and QC 7tools;
2. 熟练使用文件控制体系；
Skillfully use the document control system;
3. 获得 IATF16949:2016 质量体系内审员资格，VDA6.5 审核员资格；
Qualified IATF16949:2016 internal audit and VDA6.5 internal audit certificate;
4. 熟练运用 Word、Excel、PPT 等办公软件；
Skillfully use Word, Excel, PPT and other office software;
5. 熟练使用 ERP 系统。
Skillfully use ERP system.
6. 熟练使用 Minitab 软件擅长统计分析。
Skillfully use Minitab software and statistical analysis.
